MUST HAVE:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Technical Trainer skilled in training development and curriculum planning
- Experience developing eLearning modules using development software/technologies such as:
- Adobe Presenter
- Articulate
- Storyline
- Adobe Captivate, etc
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and theories and instructional design models
- Working knowledge of at least one LMS
- Experience developing storyboards
- Experience with visual design software such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
- Experience writing effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts, and video scripts
NICE TO HAVE:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or certification in instructional design, educational
technology or similar subject area
- Experience with SharePoint LMS
Local Candidate will be preferred first.
