Technical Writer/Business Analyst (深圳辦公室)

Responsibilities:

1. (*) Lead Tender Bidding Processes - Key Writer

   • Analyze and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Invitations to Tender (ITTs) with comprehensive and competitive proposals. Technology-related tender (Software, AI-related).

   • Compile accurate, compelling bids. Technology

2. (*) Business/Product Proposal Development - Key Writer

   • Draft clear, persuasive, and tailored proposals aligned with client and project requirements.

   • Manage end-to-end proposal development lifecycle including discovery, content creation, and submission.

3. (*) Technology Product Deck Development - Key Writer

   • Design and create compelling product presentations, solution decks, and client-facing materials in collaboration with product and marketing teams.

   • Simplify complex technical concepts for varied audiences including C-level executives and clients.

4. Market and Competitor Analysis

   • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to support strategic bidding and proposal strategies.

   • Identify client needs, pain points, and industry trends to propose relevant solutions.

5. Stakeholder Communication & Support

   • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather and validate information for proposals and pitches.

   • Support sales and business development teams in customer meetings, pitches, and demo sessions when required.

6. Process Improvement

   • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of business analysis and proposal development processes.

   • Maintain and update a knowledge base of reusable proposal content, templates, and key metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in a business analyst, solution consultant, or pre-sales role.

• Proven experience in bidding for public/private-sector tenders, particularly in technology domains.

• Strong track record in writing high-quality business proposals and RFP responses.

• Experience initiating and developing product and solution decks aligned with product capabilities and client needs.

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

• Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
