What does this role entail?
The purpose of this role is to design, develop and maintain high-quality, customer-facing knowledge
articles and process guides for Fin365 (Microsoft Dynamics 365), enabling clients to effectively
understand, adopt, and use the platform without reliance on support.
What are the proficiencies expected of me?
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to simplify complex information
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Fin365 CRM and Portal
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint
Strong attention to detail
Experience in process documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 including SharePoint
Degree qualified
Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus!
Experience with Visio or similar tools is a plus!
What are the things expected of me?
Customer Knowledge Content Development
Create, maintain, and continuously improve knowledge articles, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and process documentation.
Translate complex Dynamics 365 concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation.
Ensure consistency in structure and branding.
Maintain central process hub for various teams within the business.
Ensure version control and document governance.
Continuously refine content.
Customer Experience Focus
Ensure all content is easy to follow and actionable.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to address common user challenges proactively.
Work with product specialists, support, and consultants to gather accurate information.
Validate content prior to publication.
Monitor effectiveness via support trends and feedback.
