Ideal Candidate:
- 1–2 years of experience, ideally around 1.5 years, in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, or a related regulated environment.
- Experience creating, reviewing, or maintaining technical/validation documentation.
- Exposure to equipment validation, process validation, IQ/OQ/PQ, protocols, reports, SOPs, and GMP documentation.
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is highly preferred, especially equipment used in injectable/filling-line operations.
- Familiarity with MES systems, particularly PAS-X, is a strong plus.
- Candidates with strong college accomplishments, internships, projects, or early-career achievements should be considered.
- Excellent writing, documentation, organization, communication, and attention to detail.
- Determination, attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn will be critical.
- Must be comfortable working 100% onsite in Melrose Park, Illinois.
