Technical Writer (W/ TELECOM EXPERIENCE)

Salary: ₱20,000 – ₱30,000 per month

JOB TITLE: Technical Writer

• Plan, design, research, write, and edit various documents, including user guides and manuals, technical specifications, training materials, user policies, and proposals.
  

• Establish, communicate, and maintain documentation standards, ensuring that documentation remains current and active.
  

• Create Process Documents / Documentation.
  

• Create and update technical manuals and publications.
  

• Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents, including software and systems engineering, system operations, operations, and user documentation.
  

• Gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality.
  

• Create, edit, and format technical and non-technical content into clear, concise, and readable documents and graphic templates.
  

• Research and gather technical and background information for inclusion in project documentation and deliverables.
  

• Manage projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably major in Computer Science or Communications
  

• Any experience in the IT or telecommunications industries is a plus.
  

• Proven working experience in technical writing.
  

• Ability to deliver high-quality documentation with a keen eye for detail.
  

• Ability to rapidly grasp complex technical concepts and convey them clearly through text and visuals.
  

• Excellent written English skills.
  

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  

• Familiarity with IT, Telecommunication, Internet domains, Data Systems, and Data Security is advantageous
