Technician 2, Automation
Summary
Collects and processes data (images/tables) for AI models and programs PLCs for manufacturing equipment, using C++, C#, Python, or PLC programming.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
1. Thu thập và xử lý data cho các AI model
- Thu thập các hình ảnh của lỗi sản phẩm: tự chụp hoặc lấy nguồn từ các phòng ban khác
- Làm sạch và dán nhãn dữ liệu ảnh
- Thu thập các data dạng bảng trên DMS hoặc từ các nguồn khác
- Làm sạch và phân loại dữ liệu bảng
2. Lập trình điều khiển PLC
- Lập trình PLC cho các chức năng máy theo lưu đồ điều khiển cho trước
- Lập trình kết nối máy tính và các thiết bị ngoại vi
Education & Experience
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng ngành Điện Tử hoặc Công nghệ thông tin.
- 3+ năm kinh nghiệm làm việc
Skills
Có khả năng xử dụng một trong các ngôn ngữ lập trình sau: C++, C#, Python
Hoặc
- Có khả năng lập trình PLC trong dự án chế tạo máy
Working Conditions
- Tiếp xúc với máy chuyển động và một số dầu nhớt, hóa chất trong khi làm việc
Physical Requirements
- Có khả năng phân tích vấn đề , đổi mới tư duy theo hướng tích cực và sẵn sàng cho mọi sự thay đổi là yêu cầu thiết yếu trong công việc
