TECHNICIAN

Summary

Maintains and repairs underwater cleaning robots, trains operators, and provides technical feedback to improve equipment performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Underwater Cleaning Robot Maintenance & Management:
    Take full responsibility for the maintenance, servicing, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of underwater cleaning robot equipment. Maintain proper equipment records and maintenance logs.
  • On-site Training & Supervision:
    Lead and train robot operators to improve overall team competency, operational efficiency, and safety standards.
  • Technical Feedback & Improvement:
    Provide feedback to the technical department on equipment performance issues, propose improvement suggestions, and contribute to process optimization based on field experience.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / High School or above; majors in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Marine Engineering, Robotics, or related fields are preferred.
  • Prior experience in operation and maintenance of industrial robots, special-purpose robots, or heavy machinery is preferred (e.g., construction machinery, UAVs/drones, small vessel handling, etc.).
  • Age between 20–40 years old. Must be able to work offshore and not prone to seasickness.
