Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Spray-In Bedliner & Window Tint Installer to join our automotive customization team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality spray-in bedliners and installing window tint on a wide variety of vehicles. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craftsmanship, maintains a clean workspace, and has hands-on experience with automotive prep work and film application.

Key Responsibilities

Spray-In Bedliner Installation

• Prep truck beds by sanding, grinding, degreasing, and masking off areas to ensure proper material adhesion.
• Apply chemical spray-in bedliner materials evenly using specialized high-pressure spray equipment.
• Inspect finished products for consistent texture, thickness, and coverage while troubleshooting any application issues.
• Maintain, clean, and troubleshoot spray equipment and booth ventilation systems.

Window Tint Installation

• Clean and prep vehicle glass thoroughly to remove dirt, debris, and existing adhesives.
• Measure, cut, and heat-shrink window tint film to match specific vehicle window dimensions precisely.
• Apply film smoothly using squeegees and heat guns, eliminating all bubbles, creases, and imperfections.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and state window tint laws regarding darkness levels (VLT).

General Shop Duties

• Conduct quality control checks on all completed work to ensure it meets shop standards.
• Keep the installation bay, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and safe.
• Document completed jobs and track inventory levels for tint film, liner materials, and shop supplies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in either automotive window tinting or spray-in bedliner application (both preferred).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with high-pressure spray guns, heat guns, plotters, and precision cutting tools.
• Detail-Oriented: High level of precision required for flawless tint application and clean masking lines.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the day.
• License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record to move customer vehicles safely.
