- Monday to Friday - 8.5 hours rotating shift

The Talent
- Diploma, NITEC, Higher NITEC, ITE qualification, or equivalent practical experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical Operations, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, cleanroom, electronics, precision engineering, or related operational environment.
- Ability to assess competencies, identify skill gaps, and support employee learning and development.
The Job
- Working in the Cleanroom environment
- Conduct hands-on On-the-Job Training (OJT) and coaching for new and existing employees on manufacturing processes, workmanship, safety, and standard operating procedures.
- Identify skill gaps and training needs, assess employee competency, and collaborate with line leaders to develop effective training and development plans.
- Support new hires across multiple business units to accelerate Time to Contribution (TTC) and achieve competency milestones.
- Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence through coaching, observations, audits
