TECHNICIAN CUM DRIVER

1. Safe and Timely Deliveries:

• Transport equipment to various locations in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure that products are securely loaded and unloaded.
• Plan routes to optimize delivery schedules.

2. Installation and Assembly:

• Set up and install machines or equipment at customer locations.
• Ensure proper assembly and placement, following manufacturer guidelines.

3. Servicing and Maintenance:

• Perform routine servicing and maintenance tasks on equipment.
• Identify and resolve equipment issues to ensure optimal performance.

4. Repair and Troubleshooting:

• Diagnose and repair if possible on equipment malfunctions and faults.
• Order and replace faulty parts as needed.

5. Customer Support:

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Offer guidance and basic usage instructions to customers.

6. Vehicle Maintenance:

• Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and report any maintenance needs.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in delivery, installation, and maintenance of equipment is preferred.
• Basic technical knowledge of equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
• Dependable and punctual.
