TECHNICIAN & DRIVER

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Drive company vehicles to transport workers, materials, tools, and equipment safely to and from project sites.
- Ensure timely delivery and collection of construction materials.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
- Report vehicle defects and arrange servicing or repairs when required.
- Assist in installation, maintenance, repair, and dismantling of construction-related systems and equipment.
- Carry out general construction, renovation, and maintenance works as assigned.
- Load and unload materials and equipment safely.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools according to safety procedures.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure work areas remain clean and organized.
- Follow all workplace safety regulations, company policies, and site requirements.
- Assist the project team with any other duties assigned by supervisors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence (Class 4 is an advantage).
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in construction, renovation, maintenance, or technical works.
- Familiar with construction tools, equipment, and site safety practices.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to work overtime when required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
