TECHNICIAN – ELECTRIC TWO & THREE-WHEELERS

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Certificate in Automotive/Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years’ hands-on experience in motorcycle or automotive servicing (EV experience is an added advantage).
• Proficient in electrical systems, diagnostics, and basic mechanical repairs.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours in a start-up setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on EV bikes.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
• Conduct diagnostics using digital tools and manual techniques.
• Maintain and repair battery swap infrastructure where required.
• Document all work via job cards or digital reporting tools.
• Assist customers in understanding bike operation and basic care.
• Support field repairs, mobile services, and emergency responses.
