Job Description

• Daily inspection of critical M&E systems (e.g.
• sprinklers, chillers)
• Operation of chiller plant per scheduled
• hours
• Monitoring and response to fire alarm
• activations
• Facilitation of contractors’ access to M&E
• areas
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by SUSS

Job Requirements

• Minimum NITEC or at least 2 years relevant experience
