Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to support hiring needs
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
Prepare and post job advertisements across recruitment platforms
Coordinate with recruitment agencies and external vendors
Track and prepare recruitment, manpower, and attrition reports
Maintain employee records in the HR system (SAP)
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends to recommend improvements
