Technician
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of equipment, machinery, systems, or facilities as assigned.
- Attend to service calls, breakdowns, and emergency maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates safely and effectively.
- Diagnose faults and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Complete assigned work orders, service reports, maintenance records, and other required documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
- Monitor and report equipment conditions, defects, safety hazards, and maintenance requirements to supervisors.
- Coordinate with supervisors, customers, contractors, and team members to ensure work is completed efficiently and professionally.
- Attend assigned work sites and remain available during working hours to perform duties as required.
- Comply with company attendance requirements, work schedules, and reporting procedures.
- Assist in inventory control and the proper use of spare parts, materials, and consumables.
- Participate in training programs and continuously improve technical knowledge and skills.
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by management that are reasonably related to the position.
