- Conduct daily monitoring, inspection, testing, and maintenance of HVAC and cleanroom environmental control systems, including Package Type Air Conditioners, Air Handling Units (AHUs), Make-up Air Units (MAUs), room and process exhaust systems, ventilation systems, and EPA cleanroom air-conditioning systems, ensuring compliance through dust particle count analysis, ESD checks, and optimal system performance
- Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance to each HVAC system of the facility
- Package type Air Conditioner operating condition and efficiency monitoring
- Refrigerant leak tracing, control system/circuit troubleshooting and repair
- Measurement of air flow, static pressure, temperature and relative humidity
- Testing and commissioning of newly installed HVAC equipment
