Job Summary
This freelance role involves activating and deploying as needed to support facilities operations in West and Central Areas, ensuring smooth installation work and maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Escort and monitor contractors during installation work to ensure compliance and safety
- Troubleshoot and replace lightbulbs to maintain proper lighting conditions
- Reset machinery to restore normal operations after faults
- Perform various ad-hoc facilities maintenance tasks as assigned to support daily operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Hold ITE qualification or higher, or possess equivalent practical handyman experience
- Experience as a Facilities Technician, Handyman, or Handyperson is preferred but not mandatory
- Candidates with handyman experience but without formal education will be considered
Other Information
- Freelance position with activation/deployment as required
- Work locations include West Area and Central Area
- Compensation is $15.00 per hour, paid after assignment completion
