Technician – HVAC

• Install HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, piping) as per approved engineering drawings.
  

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
  

• Diagnose faults in compressors, motors, electrical controls, and refrigerant systems.
  

• Read and comprehend HVAC engineering drawings and specifications.
  

• Ensure adherence to HVAC codes, standards, and best practices.
  

• Maintain service logs, inspection records, and compliance reports.
  

• Communicate professionally in English during client interviews, inspections, and technical discussions.
  

• Follow HSE procedures during installation and maintenance activities.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma / Technical Certificate in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering.
  

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC installation and maintenance, preferably in FM projects.
  

• Strong knowledge of HVAC codes, specifications, and industry best practices.

Certifications (Preferred)

• HVAC Technician Certification (ASHRAE or equivalent).
  

• ISO 9001 Quality Management awareness.
  

• Valid Qatar government project approvals.
  

• HSE training (Work at Height, Confined Space, Fire Safety).
