TECHNICIAN-HVAC

• 3 Year Technical Diploma in HVAC + 5 years of relevant practical experience – or 2 Year Technical diploma in HVAC + 7 years of relevant practical experience – or 1 Year certificate in HVAC + 10 years of relevant practical experience in Operation and Maintenance of all HVAC systems

TECHNICIAN-ELECTRICAL-LOW VOLTAGE

• 3 Year Technical Diploma in Electricity field + 5 years of relevant practical experience – or 2 Year Technical diploma in Electricity field + 7 years of relevant practical experience – or 1 Year apprentice certificate + 9 years with relevant experiences in maintenance, installation, troubleshooting and repair of standard low voltage systems (below 1000 V), equipment, components and wiring networks. Should have worked on low voltage electrical wiring networks, distribution panels LV switch gears, Motor starter panel, control panels and miscellaneous low voltage components and peripheral applications.

CIVIL-PAINTER

• Diploma, vocational or technical training program in civil construction, painting, or a related field with 3 years of Experience with wall coverings

CIVIL-CARPENTER

• High school diploma or equivalent plus apprentice training
• 8 years of Experience required with all building woodwork including maintaining the wooden furniture.

TECHNICIAN-MECHANICAL & WATER SYSTEMS-PLUMBING

• A certificate in plumbing is required with 6 year experience is the minimum requirement.

TECHNICIAN-ELECTRICAL-LOW CURRENT

• 3 year Technical Diploma in any of Low Current & ICT fields + 5 years of relevant practical experience – or 2 year Technical diploma in electronics or related field + 7 years of relevant practical experience in maintenance, installation, troubleshooting and repair on standard low current systems, equipment and components constituted of of general electronics, telecom, controls, audiovisuals, computerized monitoring and controls, security and media systems

OPERATOR-WORK CONTROL CENTER-HELP DESK

• 2 year experience in Help Desk operation, Experience in operating CAFM system preferably MAXIMO is a plus

FORMAN- ELECTRICAL

• 3 year Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8 years of experience in low-voltage electrical work with experience in supervising and managing a team of workers. Experience with troubleshooting, repair, and installation.

SR. TECHNICIAN-HVAC

• Diploma or Degree in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning OR Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical engineering in addition to a recognized certificate in HVAC and Refrigeration.
• At least 8 years of experience in HVAC works with at least 4 in maintaining major HVAC systems (chilled water and DX systems)

SUPERVISOR-LOGISTICS-TRANSPORT, EQUIP & VEHICLES

• Mechanical Automobile Diploma or Equivalent with 10 years prior experience in a equipment and automotive machinery’s Maintenance and repair

DRIVER-LIGHT DUTY

• Saudi valid Light Driving License required.
