Job Summary:

The Calibration Technician II is responsible for testing, calibrating, and troubleshooting Fox and Sierra Instruments products to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with established standards. This role performs precision testing, maintains calibration records, and supports manufacturing operations while following safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform standard testing and calibration process on any Fox or Sierra Instruments products
  • Prepare and inspect devices for calibration
  • Maintain documentation for work orders
  • Set-up flow stations for testing and calibrations
  • Record results per calibration procedure
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment

Qualifications:

  • Competent at PCB testing using programming equipment
  • Must be able to follow ESD safety practices
  • Knowledge of industry specific tests and testing equipment
  • Knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures regarding flow measurement
  • Strong interpersonal, organization and time management skills
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Able to work independently and work well with others
  • Good writing, documentation, and analytical skills

Physical Demands:

  • Physical Demand(s): Can lift 50 lbs, sitting and stand for reasonable periods of time
  • Visual Demand(s): Ability to look at a computer monitor for reasonable periods of time
  • Hazard(s): Manufacturing environment with flammable gases.

Pay Transparency:

We are committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation practices. The compensation range for this position is $23.00-$24.00 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
