Job Description:

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities


  • Support testing teams in sample management related activities.
  • Receival, check and distribution of several sample types.
  • Assessment of samples which are stored or shipped.
  • Coordination of new or current stability studies.
  • Process of release and stability samples.
  • Coordination of external sample shipments and processing of received results.
  • Adhere to compliance best practices, GMP standards, EHSS regulations and lean principles.
  • Identify and call out issues to supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Perform other work-related activities assigned by supervisor.
  • Collaborates and actively contributes in a team environment both with internal team members and supervisors.
  • Builds knowledge on QC processes, lab systems and data management.
  • Perform routine sample management activities independently while ensuring compliance, traceability, and timely execution of assigned tasks.
  • Perform sample receipt, login, aliquotation, and distribution activities.
  • Process stability and release samples accurately and within timelines.

  • General appearance testing, Perform retain samples transfer and freezer management activities
  • Support stability pull preparation and execution
  • Sample distribution Coordinate sample movement, distribution and storage while ensuring GMP compliance and sample traceability
  • Provide general operational support to laboratory teams based on business needs and priorities.
  • Prepare laboratory equipment and material for cleaning, maintenance and routine laboratory operations
  • Support training of new Lab assistants
  • Provide general operational support to laboratory teams based on business needs and priorities.
  • Cross-trained for team activities and trainer for other employees.
  • Support in Troubleshooting
  • Improvement of the daily activities’ procedures Contribute to the continues of daily procedures and workflow
  • Independently manage sample handling and processing activities

    - Coordinate complaint samples (login and processing)

    - Stability initiation Support stability study initiation
  • Troubleshoot operational issues within SMT activities

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€35 000,00 - €53 360,00
