Job Purpose

The Technician will be responsible for the installation, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of fitness, wellness, physiotherapy, and recreational equipment supplied by the organization.
The role requires a technically competent professional with strong electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting capabilities, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to represent the company professionally at client locations.

Requirements

1. Minimum Qualifications:

National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor's Degree in: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, related Engineering Disciplines.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum of three (3) years relevant technical experience.
Proven experience in equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Experience working with electromechanical systems is highly desirable.
Experience with fitness, wellness, physiotherapy, industrial, manufacturing, HVAC, power systems, or related equipment will be considered an advantage.
Prior gym equipment experience is desirable but not mandatory.

2. Technical Skills:

Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to diagnose faults and implement effective solutions.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.
Understanding of preventive maintenance principles.

3. Computer Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to prepare reports and maintain electronic records.
Experience using CRM software is an added advantage.

Salary Range
N220,000 – N250,000 gross monthly, depending on qualifications and experience.
