Summary
Technician responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial kitchen appliances in Singapore, ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining service vehicles and work areas.
Job Responsibilities:
- Knowledgeable in servicing and maintenance for refrigeration / electrical machines.
- Identifying faults, troubleshoot, and repair various commercial kitchen equipment.
- Performing repair jobs promptly and efficiently.
- Submitting of daily report for servicing & maintenance functions.
- Ensure all documents are updated upon completion of work
- Ensuring all works comply with the appliance standards and Health and Safety Act.
- Perform equipment quality compliance check.
- Work closely with direct superior to maximize repair rates.
- Maintaining service vehicle in good condition.
- Maintain the work bay and workshop areas in orderly and safe working conditions and exercise good housekeeping practice.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repairs in electrical machines and mechanical diagnostic skills.
- Possess a valid Singapore class 3 driving license is preferred.
