Technician

Job Description

• Able to carry out installation, repair and preventive maintenance of MFP and ensure functionality
• Configure Printer drivers and Scan configuration
• Ensure use of ticketing system for proper record
• Able to assist customers by providing clear and helpful printer support
• Manage service requests promptly to meet customers and office needs
• Any ad hoc duties assigned

Requirement

• Possess more than 1 year of experience in Printers and/or Copier machines
• Possess own transport to travel to customers' premises
• Positive attitude and good communication skills to effectively assist customers
