Maintenance Technician

Trinity Woods is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II to help maintain our beautiful senior living community. We are particularly interested in candidates with strong plumbing and/or locksmith experience who can support our residents while ensuring our facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for performing routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the facility.

Job Requirements:

1. High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
2. Certification in “HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical
3. Knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems operations
4. Plumbing experience preferred
5. Strong planning and organizational skills
6. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
7. Excellent customer service skills
8. Basic computer knowledge required
9. Ability to work independently

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operational and mechanical functions of the facility
2. Perform maintenance duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager
3. Adjust and repair Heath Center and Assisted Living equipment. e., which includes wheelchairs, beds, and walkers
4. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments on HVAC equipment
5. Performs a variety of plumbing maintenance
6. Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required
7. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
8. Make minor plumbing and electrical repair
9. On call as assigned
10. Other duties as assigned
