TECHNICIAN
Summary
Performs building maintenance, electrical/plumbing repairs, and supervises contractors to keep facilities operational and safe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake preventive and corrective maintenance, including basic troubleshooting.
- Supervise contractor works and report job progress.
- Prepare and submit maintenance reports, checklists, and work reports.
- Monitor workplace safety of contractors.
- Lead a team, coordinate daily activities, schedule deployments, ensuring smooth execution of tasks.
- Surveying buildings and repair mechanical systems
- Performing maintenance of electrical systems
- Inspecting,analyzing and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
- Sourcing replacement parts.
- Repairing or replacing faulty equipment.
- Fabricating any components required.
- Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
