Technician (North East Location)

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily inspection of grounds and facilities to ensure they are in good working order
• Perform authorised preventive maintenance and determine corrective action pro-actively to minimise ad-hoc requests
• Attend to all emergencies and tenants’ request/complaints promptly under the supervisor’s instructions
• Support in upgrading/A&A works as directed by the supervisor
• Maintain stock list and log of all maintenance and spare parts etc
• Ensure proper documentation of work records and work orders upon completion
• Any other ad-hoc work assigned by Superior

Job Requirements:

• N/ O Level / NITEC with at least 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in MCST Environment
• Possess strong Mechanical and Electrical knowledge and skills
• Able to work well both independently and on a team
• Meticulous, responsible and able to follow supervisor's instructions
• Exhibit a positive working attitude with good interpersonal skills
