Technician/ Senior Technician

Job Summary

You will conduct daily inspections and maintenance of building services, operate building systems, manage contractor interactions, and support daily building operations to ensure safety, functionality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of essential building services and accurately record utility meter readings
• Operate building systems and document their performance data for monitoring purposes
• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems, including troubleshooting, defect rectification, and repair tasks as assigned
• Respond promptly and effectively to in-house and customer maintenance requests
• Coordinate with contractors by providing site access, conducting walkabouts, and monitoring contractor performance
• Support the immediate superior in managing daily building operations to maintain smooth facility functioning
• Apply hands-on handyman skills to carry out maintenance and repair tasks efficiently
• Participate actively as a member of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) to support emergency preparedness
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support building operations and maintenance
