Job Summary
Plan, organize, and manage daily operations and maintenance of property and condominium facilities to ensure safety, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, and lighting systems.
- Perform routine inspections, diagnose faults, and implement corrective actions.
- Install, service, and repair various air-conditioning units (split, window, cassette) and components like compressors and motors.
- Interpret technical drawings for installations, testing, commissioning, and performance verification.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns, emergency repairs, and service calls to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all work meets high quality standards, maintains high-end finishes, and adheres to scheduled timelines.
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma, certificate, or relevant technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant hands-on maintenance experience
- Ability to diagnose problems and carry out repairs independently.
- Familiar with the use of common hand and power tools to carry out handyman works e.g. painting, carpentry work, part replacements etc.
- Reliable, responsible, and service-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Able to work well independently and in teams
- Able to cope and perform in a fast-paced environment
