Open Positions

* Plumber
* Electrician
* Carpenter
* Painter

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance across the estate.
* Diagnose and repair faults related to your area of specialization.
* Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs.
* Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
* Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
* Collaborate with the Facilities team on maintenance and improvement projects.
* Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and operational standards.

Requirements

* Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in your trade.
* Trade Test Certificate, Technical Certification, or an equivalent qualification is an advantage.
* Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings where applicable.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Previous experience in hospitality, estates, resorts, or large facilities is an added advantage.
