Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance across the estate.
- Diagnose and repair faults related to your area of specialization.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
- Collaborate with the Facilities team on maintenance and improvement projects.
- Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and operational standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in your trade.
- Trade Test Certificate, Technical Certification, or an equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings where applicable.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in hospitality, estates, resorts, or large facilities is an added advantage.
