Soutenir et intervenir auprès des équipes opérationnelles en cas de difficultés techniques
Argumenter techniquement les dossiers de garantie et transmettre les éléments aux parties prenantes internes (service garantie, etc.)
Participer ou contribuer à la rédaction des modes opératoires, en collaboration avec les équipes produit
Transmettre une expertise technique à destination des parties prenantes internes (équipes opérationnelles, etc.) ou ponctuellement externes (clients, etc.), en collaboration avec les équipes formation technique
Encadrer fonctionnellement les différents prestataires sur des chantiers
Intervention
Réaliser des diagnostics courants ou complexes en collaboration avec l’assistance technique ou sa hiérarchie
Etablir les listes des pièces nécessaires à la réalisation des travaux afin d’établir un devis si nécessaire
Effectuer une analyse de risque avant intervention
Préparer les interventions (pièces, consommables, outils, etc.)
Préconiser des solutions de remise en état aux clients (changement, réparation, etc.) et transmettre les informations aux parties prenantes internes afin d’établir une offre si nécessaire
Réaliser des interventions de maintenance préventive et curative courantes et complexes des matériels (révisions, réparations, etc.) sur la base des plans de maintenances et des gammes opératoires
S’assurer du bon fonctionnement des matériels après intervention
Réaliser des essais de fonctionnement et de performance des matériels avant et après intervention
Comprendre et utiliser la documentation technique (manuels, etc.)
Réaliser toutes mises en service des matériels
Paramétrer et calibrer les matériels (électronique embarquée, etc.) sur la base de l’application client
Confirmer ou infirmer la qualification des ordres de réparation (facturable, garantie, contrat, etc.)
Indiquer les opportunités d’interventions supplémentaires dans l'outil métier
Renseigner les différents documents et outils métiers, relatif aux opérations (rapports d’intervention, heure travaillées, carnets de bord, etc.)
S’assurer du bon fonctionnement des matériels après intervention
Rendre compte quotidiennement de ses activités à sa hiérarchie (alertes, tâches réalisées, etc.)
Intervenir ponctuellement en renfort sur un autre périmètre (géographique, secteur d’activité, etc.)
