Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Market Development: Develop and execute country-specific business development and go-to-market strategies for Mexico.

- Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed annual sales and profitability targets.

- Distributor & Partner Management: Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with distributors and channel partners.

- Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Develop strong relationships with key poultry integrators, feed manufacturers, veterinarians, nutritionists, consultants, and technical influencers.

- Technical & Product Leadership: Serve as the technical expert for phytogenic feed additives, herbal solutions, and animal health products.

- Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market mapping and maintain an updated customer and prospect database.

- Brand Building & Industry Presence: Lead participation in trade shows, exhibitions, technical seminars, conferences, and industry events.
