Technology Alliance Manager
Rubiscape Technology Alliance Manager
About the Role
With 200+ enterprise integrations already
live and a platform that spans data engineering, BI, AutoML, IoT, and agentic
AI, Rubiscape's technology partner network is a core competitive asset. As
Technology Alliance Manager you will manage and expand strategic technology
partnerships with data platform vendors, infrastructure providers, and ISV
peers — ensuring Rubiscape's studios are tightly integrated with the tools
enterprises already run. You will shape joint solution stories, drive connector
and API roadmap prioritisation through partner feedback, and position Rubiscape
as the intelligent orchestration layer on top of the modern data stack. This
role demands equal parts relationship management, technical curiosity, and
commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities
· Own a portfolio of technology
alliance relationships — database vendors, cloud data warehouses, BI tools,
identity providers, and infrastructure platforms — ensuring active integration
roadmaps and joint solution validity.
· Negotiate and manage technology
partner agreements: API access, co-marketing rights, certified-integration
status, and joint reference architectures.
· Drive joint solution
development with technology partners — coordinate Rubiscape engineering,
product, and partner engineering teams to ship certified connectors and
validated integration blueprints.
· Build co-marketing assets
(joint solution briefs, integration landing pages, webinar content) that
communicate clear value from Rubiscape + partner deployments to enterprise
buyers.
· Monitor competitive integration
landscape: track what connectors and native integrations rivals are shipping
and feed insights into Rubiscape's product and partnerships roadmap.
· Run executive sponsor
programmes for Tier 1 technology partners — quarterly roadmap syncs, joint
customer success stories, and escalation management.
· Represent Rubiscape at
technology partner advisory boards, developer conferences, and integration
ecosystem events.
Requirements
· 5+ years in technology
alliances, business development, or product partnerships within an enterprise
software, data platform, or cloud-infrastructure company.
· Strong technical literacy: able
to understand and discuss REST APIs, data connector architectures,
authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML), and data pipeline patterns.
· Experience structuring
technology partnership agreements including co-marketing terms, integration
SLAs, and joint GTM obligations.
· Track record of shipping joint
solutions or certified integrations that generated measurable pipeline or
customer adoption.
· Exceptional cross-functional
collaboration skills — comfortable working with Product, Engineering, Sales,
and Marketing simultaneously.
Nice to Have
· Prior experience with
Databricks, Snowflake, dbt, Apache Kafka, or Confluent partnership or
integration programmes.
· Understanding of IoT
connectivity protocols (MQTT, OPC-UA) relevant to RubiThings-based
manufacturing and utilities deployments.
· Exposure to MuleSoft, Dell
Boomi, or enterprise integration platform partner ecosystems.
· Background in pre-sales or
solutions engineering that enables credible technical conversations with
partner architects.
