In this role you will help shape Citi's developer experience by building tooling and platforms used by a global developer community. You will work across the SDLC to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that streamline workflows. You’ll partner with developers and stakeholders to champion engineering excellence and continuous learning. - Develop tooling and APIs for Citi's developer community using Java, SpringBoot, and OpenShift on Linux
- Integrate applications with other bank systems following industry best practices
- Participate in end-to-end SDLC from design to deployment and support
- Act as a trusted consultant to developers, guiding onboarding and adoption of tools

- Strong Java development skills with emphasis on test-driven development
- Experience with SpringBoot and Gradle
- Familiarity with Linux and common developer tooling (Git, Bitbucket/GitHub, Jira, Confluence)
- Knowledge of build pipelines, CI/CD, and production handoff
- Experience with containerisation and cloud platforms (OpenShift, AWS, GCP) is desirable
- Familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle is desirable
