Technology Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Technology Architect with 12 to 13 years of experience specializing in Oracle Planning Financials Oracle Freeform Planning and Oracle Planning Projects. The ideal candidate will design and implement robust solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives while leveraging domain expertise in Hi-Tech and Finance & Accounting. This hybrid role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on organizational success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable and efficient Oracle Planning Financials solutions to meet business requirements and enhance operational performance.
• Design and configure Oracle Freeform Planning systems to optimize planning processes and ensure seamless integration with existing platforms.
• Provide technical expertise in Oracle Planning Projects to streamline project management workflows and improve resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions that drive organizational growth.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices while implementing Oracle solutions to maintain system integrity and security.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Oracle systems including design specifications user manuals and training materials.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of Oracle systems.
• Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the impact of Oracle solutions on business processes and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Stay updated on emerging Oracle technologies and trends to continuously improve system capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Drive innovation by leveraging domain expertise in Hi-Tech and Finance & Accounting to align Oracle solutions with organizational goals. Qualifications
• Possess extensive experience in Oracle Planning Financials Oracle Freeform Planning and Oracle Planning Projects with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions.
• Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Showcase domain expertise in Hi-Tech and Finance & Accounting with a deep understanding of industry-specific requirements and best practices.
