AIOps & Machine Learning - Anomaly detection, Predictive Analytics, RCA ,Integration with AI/ML platform
Scripting & Automation: - Good to Have JavaScript, PowerShell, Python,Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Workflow Editor
Monitoring Tools Integration: Good to Have Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Prometheus
Ability to translate business needs into AIOps solutions
Strong stakeholder management / SME's
Mandatory Skill : ITSM , Gen AI Modules , ITOM
