Neuberger is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our Technology organization, supporting strategic initiatives across Sales Data Management and AUM Reporting. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to build deep expertise in asset management data, reporting platforms, business process analysis, and technology delivery.

The successful candidate will partner with business stakeholders, product managers, technology teams, and data specialists to support the firm's Sales Data and AUM Reporting platforms — with responsibilities spanning requirements gathering, data analysis, process improvement, testing, documentation, and delivery support for strategic technology initiatives.

The Sales Data domain covers distribution coverage models, client/account/product relationships, sales hierarchy, attribution, and AUM/flow reporting across Institutional, Intermediary, and international (LATAM and EMEA) distribution channels. This role supports both Sales Data and AUM Reporting initiatives with approximately equal focus across the two domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client, account, product, sales, and AUM reporting data using SQL and Excel across Institutional, Intermediary, LATAM, and EMEA distribution channels.

  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis for sales hierarchy, attribution, AUM, and flow reporting data — including reconciliation to Transfer Agent and Fund Accounting sources.

  • Support Distribution initiatives across Intermediary and Institutional channels, including territory, region, channel, relationship manager, wholesaler, platform, and coverage structures; sales crediting; and client/product/channel segmentation.

  • Support AUM Reporting initiatives, including reporting modernization, automation, and quality improvements, with working knowledge of AUM, net flows, subscriptions, redemptions, market movement, reporting cutoffs, and recurring management reporting.

  • Collaborate with Agile delivery teams during backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, and deployment.

  • Create and execute test plans and test cases; support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Prepare presentations, project updates, training materials, and stakeholder communications.

  • Leverage AI-enabled productivity tools to improve analysis, documentation, and delivery efficiency.
