Technology Change Manager | 6-Month Contract
An opportunity is available for an experienced Technology Change Manager to join a major consulting environment and play a key role within a Program Delivery team.
About the Role
As the Technology Change Manager, you will plan, coordinate and control technology-related changes, helping ensure approved changes are implemented with minimal risk and disruption to business operations.
This role combines IT service management, change governance, stakeholder coordination and implementation oversight across infrastructure, cloud and application environments.

ITIL Foundation is preferred.

- Lead change governance activities.
- Manage change planning and assessments.
- Oversee the change request management process.
- Coordinate stakeholders and vendors.
- Support risk and compliance management.
- Oversee technology change implementation.
- Contribute to incident, problem and post-implementation reviews.
- Provide change reporting and metrics. Required Skills & Experience
We're looking for candidates with strong experience across:
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Change and Release Management
- Risk Management
- Experience working within the Banking sector
- Stakeholder Management
- CAB facilitation
- Infrastructure, cloud and application delivery
- Strong communication and governance
- Jira and ServiceNow
ITIL Foundation is preferred.
Desirable Experience
Any of the following would be advantageous:
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- IBM Z Mainframe experience
- Experience with IBM Z software products
- Application development experience on IBM Z, including COBOL or PL/1
- Microsoft Office Word or PowerPoint certification
