Key Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code based on technical specifications.




• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks.




• Participate actively in Daily Standupsand Agile/Scrumceremonies.




• Contributeto Peer Code Reviewsby providing and implementing constructive feedback.




• Collaborate with senior developers to implement new features and system enhancements.




• Utilize Version Control(e.g., Git) for branching, merging, and codebase management.




• Document technical logic, API endpoints, and system workflows for the team.




• Breakdown complex user stories into smaller, manageable technical tasks.




• Assist in estimating development effort and project timelines during planning.

• Adhere to established Coding Standardsand organizational design patterns.




• Interface with QA teams to validate bugfixes and support software releases.




• Manage individual workflow to consistently meetSprint goalsand deadlines.




• Translate wireframes and UI/UX designs into functional software components.




• Seek and apply mentorship to bridge gaps in technical knowledge.




• Communicate technical challenges and progress clearly to non-technical stakeholders.




• Monitor and assist in optimizing application performance and resource usage.
