Title : Technology Lead – Genesys

Location : Dallas, TX

Full time Permanent Role (FTE)

Description:

Skill set : Contact Center Products/Utilities ,Genesys,Supply Chain Management ,Genesys,XML Technologies ,VXML

• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred :

• At least 4 years of experience in GVP (Genesys Voice Portal) development

• At least 3 years of experience in JAVA, J2EE development

• Experience in Avaya, VXML technology and SQL is a Plus.

• Exposure to Routing Strategies like IRD, ORS is a Plus.

• At least 3 years of experience in Software Development and Designing.

• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

• Communication and Analytical skills

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
