This is a global leadership opportunity at the intersection of pressure sensor technology, portfolio strategy, and commercial growth.
You will own the long-term technology strategy and platform roadmap for a diverse pressure sensor portfolio spanning multiple industries and global markets.
The role combines technical expertise with financial and commercial accountability to shape investments, product evolution, and profitable growth.
You will identify emerging technologies, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities to maintain a differentiated portfolio.
Working across Europe, the Americas, and APAC, you will influence teams across engineering, product management, operations, marketing, and systems architecture.
You will also engage directly with customers and industry partners to translate technical capabilities into compelling solutions and market opportunities.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and maintain the long-term technology and platform roadmap for pressure sensor products, aligning future capabilities with business strategy, customer requirements, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Champion advanced development programs and technology investments that enable next-generation products, platform evolution, and differentiated customer value.
  • Monitor emerging technologies, market developments, customer needs, and competitive threats to identify opportunities and maintain technology leadership.
  • Drive portfolio growth and lifecycle management through platform development, product standardization, technology refreshes, value engineering, and strategic investment planning.
  • Evaluate portfolio performance and recommend product enhancements, lifecycle actions, footprint optimization, and cost competitiveness initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional execution across Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Systems Architecture to translate technology strategies into scalable solutions.
  • Maintain shared accountability for portfolio profitability, revenue growth, margin expansion, and long-term business performance.
  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert for the pressure sensor portfolio, supporting customer engagements, industry partnerships, and market-facing activities.
  • Drive customer solution development, technical positioning, design-in opportunities, and value proposition creation to accelerate adoption and strengthen market position.
  • Conduct financial and commercial trade-off analyses, cost modeling, and investment evaluations to support portfolio decisions.
  • Build alignment among global stakeholders by synthesizing complex technical, commercial, and market information into clear strategic priorities.
  • Lead strategic initiatives across regions and functions, ensuring execution remains aligned with technology, portfolio, and business objectives.
  • Represent the pressure sensor portfolio with customers and industry partners, helping identify new applications, opportunities, and avenues for profitable growth.
  • Travel globally as required to support customers, partners, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline is required; an MBA or specialized technical master’s degree is preferred.
    • 10+ years of direct experience with pressure sensor technologies, markets, applications, and industry trends.
    • Deep understanding of pressure sensor development challenges and the ability to connect technical roadmaps with broader business objectives.
    • Strong technical and commercial understanding of product portfolios, technology platforms, lifecycle management, and market development.
    • Demonstrated financial acumen, including the ability to perform trade-off analyses, evaluate investments, and develop cost models.
    • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to identify emerging technologies, market opportunities, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
    • Proven ability to lead initiatives across Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
    • Strong business communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to synthesize complex technical and business situations and communicate them clearly to diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong influencing and organizational alignment skills, particularly within global and cross-functional environments.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other standard business productivity tools.
    • Demonstrated ability to take ownership, drive execution, and manage multiple strategic priorities.
    • Strong customer orientation and confidence engaging with technical and commercial stakeholders.
    • Willingness and ability to travel globally as required.
