Technology Solutions & Product Manager – Supply Chain
Summary
A hybrid supply-chain/product role: map logistics, warehousing and transport operations, then translate those operational needs into WMS and IMS product requirements, workflows and features. You'll work directly with developers on SaaS, mobile, AI and logistics platforms, supporting UAT through delivery.

As we expand across AI, SaaS, mobile applications, WMS, IMS and digital solutions, we're looking for an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Network Leader who can bring together operations, technology and product development.
A key part of this role will be mapping, designing and defining Wobbi's future WMS and IMS capabilities while understanding how inventory, warehousing, transport, order management and fulfilment should work together, then translating those operational requirements into practical systems, workflows and product functionality.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who understands how logistics works in the real world and can identify what needs to be built, how it should work and how technology can improve the operation.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
SUPPLY CHAIN & LOGISTICS
Understand logistics, transport, warehousing and network operations.
Understand how WMS, IMS and other logistics systems support operational workflows.
Map processes, product flows and customer journeys.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability and visibility.
Understand how data flows through transport, warehousing and logistics operations.
💻 SYSTEMS & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Translate operational needs into system and product requirements.
Design and specify workflows, features and functionality across logistics technology.
Contribute to the development and improvement of WMS, IMS and logistics platforms.
Work directly with developers and technical teams.
Support UAT, testing, implementation and product rollouts.
BRIDGE OPERATIONS & TECHNOLOGY
Identify operational problems and design practical technology and product solutions.
Connect systems and improve the flow of information across logistics operations.
Identify opportunities for automation, integration and optimisation.
Understand how systems interact across transport, warehousing, inventory and order management.
Take ideas from concept → specification → development → delivery.
📈 PRODUCT & BUSINESS GROWTH
Work with leadership to identify new product and technology opportunities.
Balance operational needs, customer experience and commercial outcomes.
Help shape and improve Wobbi's technology and logistics products as the business grows.
Identify opportunities to enhance functionality, scalability and customer value.
