Salary: ฿80,000 – ฿90,000 per month
About the role
Plan, coordinate and supervise day-to-day operations of the Technical Department to sustain stable workflow. Take end-to-end ownership of technical management, technical analysis and project management for the Thailand manufacturing site.
Key responsibilities

Take end-to-end ownership of technical management, technical analysis and project management for the Thailand manufacturing site
Deliver training and conduct performance reviews for team members
Review, validate and release engineering drawings and process documentation for new product development
Allocate technical resources to resolve process and technical bottlenecks during new product trial runs
Partner with the QA team to enhance the quality consistency of newly developed products
Liaise with the Production Center to design practical, robust manufacturing processes that simplify quality control, boost productivity and lower production costs
Lead regular technical training for the team on professional know-how and new process technologies to lift overall technical competency
About you
Bachelor's degree or higher in Plastic Molding, Mechanical Engineering, Mold Engineering or related fields
5+ years of relevant working experience, with a minimum of 3 years in R&D supervision and project management
Hands-on knowledge of plastic / precision stamping component structures and the application of common plastic raw materials
Solid familiarity with the new product development cycle and product structural design fundamentals
In-depth expertise in aerosol valves, including their structure, operating principle, application requirements and relevant industry standards
Proficient knowledge of injection mold construction and injection molding processes
Fluent spoken English
Strong analytical thinking and proven capability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Outstanding communication skills with strong team player mindset
