Technology Support Assistant

Serve as the first point of contact for technology support requests. Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, printer, Chromebook, iPad, and network connectivity issues. Assist with device deployment, inventory management, and equipment maintenance. Support staff and students with Google Workspace, Microsoft applications, student information systems, and other district software platforms. Set up and configure computers, mobile devices, peripherals, and classroom technology. Document support requests and maintain accurate records of work completed. Escalate complex technical issues to the Technology Director as appropriate. Assist with technology projects, system upgrades, and summer maintenance activities. Provide courteous and professional customer service to all stakeholders. Perform other duties as assigned by the Technology Director or Superintendent.
