Technology Support Associate English Immediate Start

A Lisbon based technology company is hiring English speaking support associates to help customers with digital tools, software issues and everyday technical questions. This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems and explaining complicated things in simple language.

You will respond to customers across several channels, identify the root cause of issues, apply the correct fix or escalate when needed, and keep accurate records in our system. Training on our tools and on artificial intelligence products is provided during your first weeks.

We need candidates with English at C1 level or higher and a technology or technical support background. An interest in artificial intelligence is a clear advantage. Day shifts run from 07:00 until 22:00, and we can offer an immediate start for the right people.

Candidates must have the right to work in Portugal, such as European Union citizenship, a valid residence card or permit, or refugee status.
