Dike-New Hartford Community School District is seeking a Technology Support Specialist to assist with technology operations and event production for district activities and athletics.

Responsibilities

• Operate and create content for LED/video boards during home events
• Assist with livestreaming, production software, and troubleshooting technology issues
• Support track meet scoring and event camera setup/tear down
• Assist with music playlists and game-day production for varsity football games
• Operate district drone equipment
• Provide training and support to staff and students as needed
• Collaborate with the Activities Director on streaming and event technology systems

Qualifications

• Experience or willingness to learn graphic design software such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Interest in technology, livestreaming, and event production
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work evenings and attend school activities/events as neede
