We are currently experiencing significant growth and are looking for a QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNICIAN to join our photovoltaic projects in Limerick, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure that the activities required under the Quality Assurance Plan or the contract are implemented, monitored and controlled, and that progress is tracked.
* Monitor the implementation of the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and analyse the results in collaboration with the Site Managers.
* Adapt and/or prepare procedures and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for the activities carried out on the project.
* Complete ITPs, checklists and inspection protocols, and supervise their completion by subcontractors.
* Control documentation and verify the accreditation of testing laboratories and concrete batching plants appointed to work on the project.
* Inspect and control all tools and materials brought onto the project site.
* Check certificates of conformity and technical data sheets.
* Control documentation dossiers for key materials.
* Ensure the proper traceability of products.
* Implement corrective actions in response to non-compliance with procedures.
* Monitor and follow up on non-conformities.
* Prepare quality reports and the final quality dossier.
* Ensure compliance with the Environmental Management Plan (EMP).
* Ensure compliance with the Waste Management Plan (WMP).
* Ensure the implementation and strict compliance with the environmental restrictions applicable to the project.
* Support the Quality Manager in managing non-conformities affecting compliance with environmental standards and restrictions.
* Deliver environmental training in accordance with the Environmental Management Plan.
* Maintain records of site consumption, including water and fuel.
* Maintain records of waste collection and removal documentation.
* Prepare environmental reports.
* Complete environmental ITPs or the Environmental Monitoring Plan, where applicable.
* Coordinate waste management activities.

Requisitos

What are we looking for in our Quality and Environmental Technician?

* A degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering, or a Higher Vocational Training qualification in a relevant field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office at an upper-intermediate level is essential.
* Category B driving licence.
* Availability to travel and work internationally.
* English proficiency: upper-intermediate B1 / B2 level.

The Following Will Be Considered an Advantage:

* Knowledge of civil engineering or electrical works, as well as environmental management.
* Experience in photovoltaic solar farms, environmental management and quality assurance.
* Languages: Advanced English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
