We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative teen club animator to join our entertainment team in Lusail, Qatar. In this dynamic role, you will design and deliver engaging entertainment experiences for teenagers at our resort. You will work collaboratively with the entertainment department to create memorable activities, foster a vibrant club atmosphere, and ensure every teen guest has an exceptional experience during their stay.

• Plan, organize, and lead entertainment activities and games tailored to teenagers’ interests and preferences.
• Engage with teen guests in a friendly and energetic manner to encourage participation in club activities and events.
• Lead group activities, including games, competitions, themed nights, talent shows, and recreational programs.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive club environment that promotes social interaction among guests.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate entertainment schedules and ensure events run smoothly.
• Adapt activities based on guest feedback and participation levels to maximize engagement.
• Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm in all interactions with guests.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during activities and events.
• Promote upcoming club events and activities to encourage attendance and participation.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the teen club and activity areas.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an animator, entertainer, or in a similar guest engagement role.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate groups of teenagers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative entertainment concepts and activities.
• Physical stamina and energy to maintain an engaging presence throughout shifts.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of popular games, activities, and entertainment trends that appeal to teenagers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: Experience working in hospitality, resort, or entertainment venues.
• Preferred: Familiarity with multicultural environments and the ability to work with international guests.
• Preferred: First aid or safety certification.
• Preferred: Arabic or other language skills relevant to the region.
• Preferred: Experience promoting events and activities on social media.
