Teen Program Specialist

Open 25d

Summary

Organize and lead teen-focused activities, mentorship, and skill-building programs in a youth development nonprofit setting.

Teen Program Specialist – Sedro-Woolley Club
$22.50 - $23.87 DOE/DOQ | Approximately 25-29 hours/week

Every teen has potential. Sometimes they just need the right adult to help them see it.

At Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County, we're looking for someone who can connect with teens through the things they already enjoy-sports, gaming, recreation, leadership opportunities, and everyday conversations-and turn those moments into opportunities for growth.

As our Teen Program Specialist, you'll help continue building a program where teens want to spend their time. You'll create engaging activities, encourage new experiences, and help young people build confidence, leadership skills, healthy relationships, and career readiness. Whether you're organizing a tournament, planning a community service project, helping with a resume, or simply being a trusted adult who listens, your impact will extend far beyond the day.

The best candidates understand that relationships come before results. You're approachable, authentic, and able to connect with teens while maintaining positive boundaries and high expectations. You know how to make activities fun while helping young people discover strengths they didn't know they had.

No two days look the same, and that's exactly what makes this role rewarding. If you enjoy bringing energy, creativity, and purpose to your work while helping shape the future of our growing teen program, we'd love to meet you.

Join us in creating a place where teens feel welcomed, challenged, supported, and excited about what comes next.
